Tanya Burr's Milk Chocolate Cookies


Hi guys! I had a huge craving for cookies the other day so I decided to bake some! These cookies are super yummy and delicious so definitely check out Tanya Burr's video for detailed steps and information.



Ingredients You Will Need:
200g butter
300g caster sugar
1 egg
325g self raising flour
dash of milk
200g white chocolate
200g milk chocolate

(Note: The cookies are very sweet so I recommend adding less sugar.) 
In Tanya's video, her cookies are a lot bigger than mine. Keep in mind that the cookies you put in the oven will expand, so make sure you evenly space them out.


In her video, Tanya mentioned to only leave them in the oven for no longer than 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.


After 5 minutes, the cookies already started getting so much bigger!


Once 10 minutes are over, carefully take the trays out and let the cookies cool. My cookies turned out golden brown, crunchy and really sweet. Overall, they taste amazing and would taste even better with a side dish of fruits or milk.
